Nitrogen Generation & Compressed Air System – Brewery, Middlesbrough
Technical Air Systems, successfully managed the installation of a complete compressed air and on-site nitrogen generation system for a leading brewery in Middlesbrough.
The installation featured an Atlas Copco GA132VSD+ oil-injected compressor paired with an NGP360+ PSA Nitrogen Generator, enabling the customer to transition from a traditional liquid nitrogen supply to a fully integrated on-site generation solution.
The project encompassed system design, installation, commissioning, and performance validation, ensuring a reliable supply of compressed air and high-purity nitrogen to support production.
Delivered in close collaboration between Technical Air Systems (TAS) and Atlas Copco, the project demonstrates the benefits of combining efficient compressed air technology with sustainable nitrogen generation solutions.
