NGP20+ Nitrogen Generator Installation – Semiconductor Manufacturer, Durham
TAS successfully managed the installation and commissioning of an Atlas Copco NGP20+ PSA Nitrogen Generator at a semiconductor manufacturing facility in Durham.
The project involved integrating the nitrogen generator into the existing compressed air infrastructure to provide a continuous, on-site supply of high-purity nitrogen for critical production processes.
The NGP20+ is capable of producing nitrogen purities up to 99.999% depending on application requirements, making it well suited to high-specification manufacturing environments.
