Custom storage vessels

Custom storage vessels designed and installed by Technical Air Systems Ltd (TAS)

The existing system offered 12m³ of total storage capacity. Due to the high flow requirement of the process machinery, TAS worked to design the additional storage with height restrictions and custom DN300 port connections.

We then positioned and installed an additional 14m³ of storage, increasing the system capacity to 26m³ total.

The vessels were interconnected using custom fabricated DN300 stainless steel pipe sections to ensure minimal pressure drop and maximum flow capability to the process.
